September 10th or September 11th. Join us for a truly unique experience. You probably have always wanted to fish the Valle Grande (Valles Calera National Preserve). Now you have the opportunity to not only spend the afternoon fishing the San Antonio River on the Preserve, but spend the morning in a clinic that will take everyone from beginner to experienced fly fisherman through skills need to start your flyfishing experience or to improve your existing techniques.

FLY TYING CLASS - Taught by Bob Gerding around his Kitchen Table. Any Season is great Fly Tying Time. Call for dates and details.
Bob teaches by technique rather than pattern so that when you progress through wet fly, nymph and dry fly patterns, you will recognizes trechniques similar to hundreds of similar flies. You will be able to tie your "favorite" flies when you finish this course.

Cost is $150.00 per student for 5 sessions. All materials will be furnished. Tools and equipment will be available to rent. Individual Instruction can be scheduled.


Class is taught by Bob Gerding. Bob has been teaching for over twenty years.
